“Bridging Commerce with Technology: Career Guidance and Opportunities through Alif Technical Bootcamp”

On 29th August 2024, the Department of Commerce, PG & Research Centre, in collaboration with the IQAC and the Training & Placement Cell, organized an expert talk on Career Guidance and the courses offered by “Alif Technical Bootcamp.” This event was held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Iqbal Shaikh, Vice Principal Dr. Amjad Shaikh, and Dr. Nasrin Khan, Head of the Department of Commerce.

During the session, students were introduced to the various courses offered by the bootcamp, including a 22-day intensive IT training program tailored specifically for commerce students. This initiative aims to equip students with essential technical skills and provide opportunities for job placements, effectively bridging the gap between commerce and technology. The program is designed to give students a competitive edge in the evolving job market.

The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. Wafiya Wahid and was attended by over 120 students.
