Students from Poona College made a remarkable impression at the recently concluded BOTANICA-2025 event organised by Wadia College, Pune, bagging total 15 prizes in various categories. The event saw participation from several colleges across the city, with students presenting Live Models, Posters, Flower Arrangement etc. on various topics related to Botany.
Poona College students swept the awards in several categories, including:
• Oral Presentation: Sadiqua Ansari won First Prize, Swaleha Shaikh won the Second Prize
• Poster Presentation: Alfiya Nadaf and Aliya Mujawar won the Second Prize.
• Photography Competition: Shreya Usendi won First Prize
• Flower Arrangement: Swaleha Sayyed won the First Prize, Ayman Patel and Shifa Hashmi won Second Prize
• Rangoli Competition: – Ayman Patel and Shifa Hashmi won First Prize
• Drawing and Painting: Ayman Patel won First Prize, Sadaf Naaz Sayyed and Swaleha Sayyed won Second prize, Shifa Hashmi won Third Prize
• Fire Less Cooking: Ayman Patel and Shifa Hashmi won Second Prize
