On 22nd February, 27 students from the B.Voc BFSI program, accompanied by faculty members Mr. Shakil Shaikh, Mr. Wasim Shaikh, and Ms. Shahin Shaikh, embarked on a journey to the National Institute of Securities Market (NISM) to gain firsthand insights into the functioning of the securities market.
Students were treated to insightful presentations by industry experts at NISM, by Mr. Shailesh Pingle AGM of NISM and Mr. Nikhil Shinde Senior AGM of NISM covering topics ranging from market fundamentals to emerging trends in securities trading.
Interactive Workshops: Interactive workshops facilitated lively discussions and hands-on activities, allowing students to delve deeper into concepts such as stock market analysis, investment strategies, and risk management.
Networking Opportunities: The visit provided invaluable networking opportunities, enabling students to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and gain perspective on career paths within the financial services industry.
