One Day Live Training Workshop “Say It Right : A Practical Guide to Pronunciation Excellence”

The One Day Live Training Workshop titled “Say It Right: A Practical Guide to Pronunciation Excellence” was jointly organized by the Department of Political Science and the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The objective of the workshop was to equip students with effective pronunciation techniques, phonetics, and articulation methods to enhance their spoken English. It aimed to foster confidence in verbal communication, contributing to improved academic and professional success. The entire workshop was organized and conducted successfully under the guidance and supervision of the honorable Principal, Dr. Iqbal Shaikh, and Vice Principal Dr. Amjad Shaikh.

Prof. Asif Khan was the resource person for this workshop. He explained various techniques and methods to improve pronunciation, focusing on phonetics, articulation, and stress patterns in spoken English. His engaging and interactive approach helped participants gain a deeper understanding of pronunciation excellence.

A total of 76 students participated and benefitted from this workshop. Dr. Ahmad Shamshad and Dr. Mukhtar Shaikh successfully coordinated the entire workshop. Ms. Ayesha and Ms. Suhana compared the event. Hafiz Mehboob recited a few verses from the Holy Quran. Ananya introduced the resource person. Mr. Ayeman proposed a vote of thanks.

The outcome of this workshop was that students gained a clear understanding of pronunciation techniques, phonetics, and articulation, which will help them improve their spoken English. They also developed confidence in verbal communication, enhancing their academic and professional prospects.
